Metals Chemistry
Using a spark emission spectrometer  we are capable of determining the grade of almost any commercially available metal.  We have NBS traceable standards for carbon steels, stainless steels, aluminums, nickel based, copper based and cobalt based alloys.

Organics Identification
FTIR is commonly used  for the identification of o-rings, gaskets, rubbers, plastics, paints, adhesives, oils, papers, sludge, inorganic solids ,contaminants in products, total petroleum hydrocarbons in soils and water.

Inorganic Identification
With the combined instrumentation of SEM/EDS and XRD we are able to identify a large range of scales powders, deposits, corrosion products, etc.
