The ability to accurately
determine the failure mode of a component can save not only time and equipment,
but also lives.

Failure Analysis
Since 1978 we have been telling people Why Things Break.  Our efforts are tailored to meet the client's needs regarding detail and urgency.  Observation of the analytic process and interaction with the project investigators are encouraged.  We strive to quickly provide the critical information to make timely decisions, yet stay mindful of the need for economy.  Reports are well documented and presented in a clear, understandable format.

Information Storehouse
For many companies we have become their Memory.  As personnel change, much knowledge can be lost.  Also, just staying current with the changing standards and specification can be a full time job.  Our files contain an archive of past problems and their solutions.  We would never divulge proprietary information, yet from those long-gone difficulties often come today's answers.
